Shipping

Every Nana Rules The World order ships free to every country you can choose at checkout, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and most of Europe.

How long it takes

• Made in batches: your robe is finished, checked and shipped within 2 weeks of your order.
• Delivery: once it ships, it arrives in 6-9 business days.

Prices and import taxes

Prices are shown and charged in your local currency where available, otherwise in US dollars. For orders shipped outside the United States, local import taxes or duties may apply, depending on your country's rules.

Tracking

We email you a tracking link within 1-2 business days of your order shipping. Tracking can take a day or two to start updating.

Delays and missing parcels

If tracking has not moved for several days, or your order has not arrived 9 business days after it shipped, email us and we will look into it and put it right.

Wrong address?

Email us as soon as you notice. We can change the address until the order has shipped.
