Shipping policy

Nana Rules The World ships free to every country you can choose at checkout, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and most of Europe.

Processing and delivery times

• Processing: robes are made in batches. Your robe is finished, checked and shipped within 2 weeks of your order.
• Delivery: after it ships, delivery takes 6-9 business days.

Prices and import taxes

Prices are shown and charged in your local currency where available, otherwise in US dollars. For orders shipped outside the United States, local import taxes or duties may apply, depending on your country's rules.

Tracking

We email you a tracking link within 1-2 business days of your order shipping.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, email us a photo and your order number. We will send a replacement or refund you, whichever you ask for.
