Does it come with everything I need?
Yes. The robe comes with the heating pad built in, the controller with 3 heat levels and the wall plug. Nothing else to buy. The power bank is optional.
What is the difference between the two options?
"Robe only" heats when it's plugged into the wall. "Add power bank" includes a pocket-sized power bank, so you stay heated anywhere in the house for up to 6 hours per charge.
Is it safe?
The heating pad runs on low-voltage USB power and switches itself off after 2 hours. It warms you up gently and never gets hot enough to burn.
Can I wash it?
Yes. Unplug the controller and cable (and the power bank), then machine wash the robe on a gentle cycle and let it air dry. No ironing. It doesn't shrink.
How long does shipping take?
Robes are made in batches and are finished and shipped within 2 weeks. Delivery then takes 6–9 business days. Your tracking link is emailed within 1–2 business days of shipping.
What size should I get?
One size fits most. The robe has a relaxed, oversized shape and is long enough to keep your feet warm in the pockets inside the hem.
