Refund policy

Nana Rules The World offers 30-day returns. If your QUEEN Heated Robe is not right for you, you can ask for a refund within 30 days of the day your order was delivered.

How to start a return or refund

1. Email hello@nanarobe.com within 30 days of delivery.
2. Include your order number and tell us briefly what went wrong.
3. We reply within one business day and tell you the next steps by email.

Refunds

Approved refunds are sent to your original payment method. It may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, email us a photo and your order number. We will send a replacement or refund you, whichever you ask for.
