Track Your Order

Here is how to follow your Nana Rules The World order from our door to yours.

1. Your robe is finished

Robes are made in batches. Your robe is finished, checked and handed to the carrier within 2 weeks of your order.

2. Look for your shipping email

We email you a tracking link within 1-2 business days of your order shipping. Tracking can take a day or two to start updating.

3. Delivery

Delivery takes 6-9 business days after your robe ships.

Check your spam or promotions folder first. If more than 2 weeks have passed since you ordered and you still have no shipping email, write to hello@nanarobe.com with your order number and we will send you the tracking details.
